1. Acceptance of these Terms

By installing or using DarziKhata (the “App”), published by Duttatech Solutions (Tapas Dutta, proprietor), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What the App is

  • DarziKhata is a shop management app on your Android phone for tailor shops and boutiques: customers and measurements, orders and their status, workers’ accounts, ledger, dues, expenses, reports, bills, slips and reminders.
  • Totals, dues, workers’ earnings, tax lines and reports are worked out from what you enter and the options you choose. Check them before you rely on them or share them. You are responsible for your own tax filings and business records.

3. No account

The App needs no account with us. You can protect it with a PIN (and fingerprint, if you choose). Google sign-in is used only for backup to your own Google Drive, and Google Play for purchases.

4. Free days, DarziKhata Pro and payment

  • Every feature is free and unlimited for 45 days from your shop’s first real order. After that, DarziKhata Pro keeps adding and editing open: a yearly or a monthly subscription, priced per country in its own currency (in India ₹599 per year or ₹79 per month), as shown on Pricing. Google Play shows the final price, with taxes, before you pay.
  • Pro is sold only through Google Play, under Google Play’s payment terms. We do not take payments any other way.
  • Pro renews automatically until you cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. A cancelled subscription stays active till the end of the period you paid for.
  • Without Pro after the free days the App becomes read-only: you can still see, share and back up everything and record payments from customers, and nothing is deleted.
  • Refunds follow our Refunds & Cancellations policy and Google Play’s refund rules.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App for anything unlawful, including recording people’s information without the consent your law requires, or harassing anyone with the reminders you send; and not to copy, resell or reverse-engineer the App except as the law allows.

6. Your data

Your data belongs to you and stays on your phone, as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping backups: data on a phone that was lost or reset without a backup cannot be recovered, and we cannot recover it for you.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design and content (excluding your data) belong to Duttatech Solutions (Tapas Dutta, proprietor). You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it.

8. Limitation of liability

  • The App is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it is free of errors.
  • To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, disputes between you and your customers or workers, or data lost on a device that was not backed up.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at tapasdutta@outlook.com so we can try to resolve any issue. If it is not resolved within 30 days, it shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. Nothing here takes away rights that the consumer law of your own country gives you.

10. Changes

We may change these Terms. Significant changes will be shown in the App or on this page with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
