Refunds & Cancellations

What you are buying

DarziKhata Pro keeps adding and editing open after the 45 free days. It is a yearly or monthly subscription priced per country in its own currency — in India ₹599 per year or ₹79 per month (see Pricing) — and renews automatically until you cancel it. Google Play shows the final price, with taxes, before you pay.

How you pay

Only through Google Play, from More → DarziKhata Pro in the app. Google Play takes the payment (cards, UPI, carrier billing or Play balance, as Google offers them in your country) and handles every renewal. DarziKhata and Duttatech Solutions (Tapas Dutta, proprietor) never see your payment details, and there is no other way to pay.

Cancelling

• Open Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → DarziKhata → Cancel subscription.
• Uninstalling the app does not cancel Pro; cancel it in Google Play.
• Pro stays active till the end of the period you have paid for, and no further charge is made. After that the app becomes read-only: you can still see, share and back up everything and record customer payments, and nothing is deleted.

Refunds

• Within 48 hours of a payment you can ask Google for a refund yourself: in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, or through Google Play’s refund request page. Google decides these requests.
• After 48 hours, write to tapasdutta@outlook.com within 7 days of the charge with the Google Play order number (it starts with GPA., and is in your Google Play receipt email). We refund through Google Play when:
  • a payment was charged in error (for example charged twice, or charged after you had cancelled), or
  • Pro was paid for but did not unlock in the app and we could not fix it.
• Payments are not refunded for unused time when you cancel part-way through a month or a year, except where the law of your country requires it.
• An approved refund goes back to the original payment method through Google Play. How long it takes to reach you depends on the payment method; Google Play Help lists the times.

Price changes

If the price of Pro changes, Google Play tells you before the new price applies at a renewal, as Google Play’s rules require.
